Coxsackievirus A6/A10/A16/Enterovirus 71 RNA Diagnostic Kit(PCR-Fluorescence)
The hand-foot-and-mouth disease is a common childhood disease caused by enteroviruses. The incidence is mainly in children aged 5 and below, especially children aged 3 and below has the highest incidence. Most patients will have fever, skin rashes and ulcers in the hands, feet, mouth, etc.. A few patients may have fatal complications such as meningitis, encephalitis, myocarditis, pneumonia, and severe cases can lead to death. The enteroviruses that cause hand, foot and mouth disease are more common with Coxsackie virus A16 and Enterovirus 71. The methods of Laboratory diagnostic is mainly include virus isolation and nucleic acid detection.
